Hi, I’m Leonora. Award-Winning Hospitality & Brand Strategist, Founder of LRB Creative Ltd.

I’ve been rooted in the food & beverage world from the very start - beginning with hotel school in my final year of high school, then earning a Bachelor’s Honours in International Hospitality Management.

My career has spanned Michelin-starred kitchens, exclusive country clubs in the USA, and senior sales & marketing roles for global hotels. Along the way, I also completed a Master’s in Digital Marketing to master the strategy side of brand building.

That mix of hospitality, marketing, and digital expertise is what inspired me to create LRB Creative - a founder-led, strategy-first agency for food & beverage brands. Every project is personally led by me (never handed down the chain) and backed by a trusted team.

The result? Award-winning insight, bold strategy, and execution without unnecessary layers or fluff.
